Each provider has its own products. The product information associated with one provider can be found at the bottom of the list on opwaarderen.nl. You can find general information about topping up (abroad) and application of these products. If a network action is required, this will always be specified in the description of the relevant product in the webshop.

Product information
Placing an order
First choose the product type: Top up or Games/Music. Then click on the logo of your provider. You are then presented with an overview of the available products of the respective provider. Choose the product you are interested in and click Order. You can also order multiple products at once and easily change or remove products through the shopping basket.
If you have a discount code, insert it into the designated form field and click Check. If the code has been entered correctly and is valid, its amount will be deducted from the total cost of your order. If the value of your discount code is lower than the total cost of your order, you proceed to the normal checkout to pay for the remaining difference.
Changing an order
You can change your order during the ordering process so long as you have not confirmed or paid for it; go to your shopping cart and select the bin (delete) icon and order a different product.
Have you made a mistake when ordering and already paid for it? This means you will already have received your top-up code. Unfortunately, you will not be able to return or exchange your top-up code. The reason for this is that we cannot contact the provider to verify whether or not you have already used your credit.
Tip; You can sell/give your top-up code to someone else. Or buy a separate SIM card from the provider concerned. That way you will still be able to use the purchased top-up. Please note that your phone must be simlock free if you want to use any given provider. In many cases, codes are valid for up to 1.5 years after the date of purchase.

If you have not received your product, please contact our customer service. They will be able to check the status of your order and see if it is possible to redeliver or refund your order.
