I ordered prepaid credit but didn’t receive a code

You have bought prepaid credit or other credit but have not received a top up code / credit code? You may have entered an incorrect email address or mobile phone number during the order process. Another option is that the email is marked as spam mail and ended up in your junk folder.

Note: after an iDeal payment it can take up to 30 minutes before your code is sent. If you cannot find the email or SMS message, please contact us using the contact form. If you have the transaction in your internet banking, please also mention the transaction details!
